Hello! Welcome to Millar’s Eatery 

We’re Richard and Ross, father & son. We founded Millar’s eateries in 2018 with a simple aim: to delight and inspire our guests with exceptional food, heartfelt hospitality and to leave them with an unforgettable experience.   

We want Millar’s eateries to be more than just a place to eat. It’s a celebration of family, creativity and connection.  

How it all began 

In 2018, while back-packing in Asia, we spoke at length about our lifelong dream and mutual love for the culinary arts. But we didn’t want it to be just a dream. We wanted to make it a reality, and make it a reality together. 

And so we embarked on a remarkable journey together. Drawing inspiration from dad’s years of working (and eating!) around the world and my years of experience working right across hospitality, we set out bringing our vision to life. 

Our promise to you remains the same as it did on day one. 

We will always strive to bring the very best and most interesting dishes to our customers, whether it is our renowned Brunch, interesting Lunch plates which deliver flavours from around the world, or our much loved cakes. 

Creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere was at the core of our plans and it’s what we continue to strive to do! Whether you’re joining us for a meal with family and friends or simply stopping by for a quick bite, we want to make every guest feel valued and cared for. We are dedicated to providing attentive service, ensuring that your dining experience with us in some little way, helps to make your day!
